From above
The white walls of the villa have a typical Greek atmosphere, but all other aspects of the building are completely unique. From above you can only see these white walls, interwoven in the coastline, and the swimming pool. The roofs are green and perfectly match the surrounding landscape. The green roofs also keep the temperature inside the villa stable and cool. The open hallways, doors, windows and patios also contribute to a comfortable temperature inside.

Only when you’re standing in front of the villa, you can see how immense it is. The figures make that all too clear. The dynamic building is no less than 900 square metres in size. The building is built ten metres deep into the ground and covers two floors.
