Ktima
The Ktima house is a modern villa on the Greek island of Antiparos. It was designed by Camilo Rebelo and Susana Martins. They faced quite a challenge. The owners of the villa wanted a sleek, modern villa that was big enough for their family and friends. They also wanted all nine bedrooms to have views of the beautiful blue Aegean Sea. But: it still had to be inconspicuous. The architects came up with this underground villa.
