1. Shower

It’s so annoying to wake up in the morning with a stuffy nose. A good way to start your day is by taking a hot shower. The steam from the hot shower will help make breathing a lot more pleasant for you again.

2. Breakfast

After your morning shower, it’s time for breakfast. Before you start preparing your usual breakfast of, for example, yoghurt with muesli and a hot cup of coffee, try taking some elderberry syrup first.
