Beyoncé Knowles was born in Texas on September 4, 1981. She started singing at a very young age, and got famous as lead vocalist of the R&B group Destiny’s Child. When she left the band, Knowles established a solo career, and became a top-selling artist. Knowles is married to rapper Jay-Z, with whom she has three children.
Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z have been together for more than 20 years. Beyonce met Jay when she was only 18 years old. They had great chemistry from the moment they met. They started collaborating on music, which proved to them that they were able to work together as a team. In 2008, they got married during a secret ceremony.
