A living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom within 13 square metres? Yes, Martin Brown managed to get it done. The home looks spacious thanks to the large glass doors so that when you’re inside you don’t feel like you’re in a tiny house. Martin’s mother enjoys living in her new home a lot since she lives close to her grandchild while at the same time maintaining her independence.
