6. Jellyfish
A great fear for many people is to be stung by jellyfish. Especially a sting by Pacific Sea Nettles can be incredibly painful. Fortunately for humans, that sting is rarely fatal. However, stings from other species such as the box jellyfish are. These are found mainly in the Indo-Pacific region and northern Australia.
5. Bees
Bzzz! Bees, wasps, hornets and other flying insects are among the deadliest animals in the United States. No reason to panic yet, because often these deaths occur when people are allergic to those stings and experience anaphylactic shock.
