Woman Finds Strange Eggs In Attic – When Expert Sees It, She Turns Pale

Leah sat beside Hannah in a nearby office while investigators watched the second property. A camera showed an empty driveway and a dark house. Shortly after nine, a car arrived. Two men stepped out, carried several bags to the rear entrance, and waited. They did not try to break in. They appeared to be expecting somebody with a key.

Nearly twenty minutes passed before another vehicle turned into the driveway. Leah moved closer to the screen. She recognized the van immediately. It belonged to Graham. He climbed out, looked along the road, and walked toward the house with a set of keys in his hand. Leah stared at the screen. Graham unlocked the door and let the two men inside. Inside, Graham explained that the eggs were still at Evelyn’s house. Leah’s discovery had made the property too dangerous to approach again, and moving the developing eggs without the right equipment could kill them. The three men began discussing how long they could wait and whether there was another safe way to recover the shipment. Minutes later, investigators moved in and arrested all three.

Only afterward did Leah learn what connected the houses. Graham’s handyman work gave him access to dozens of properties. He knew which owners were away, which houses were awaiting sale, and which homes stood empty after someone died. He had been supplying those locations to the trafficking group as temporary storage sites. Evelyn’s house was only one of them. The person Leah had trusted most since returning home had been using that trust for years.
