Towels become rough and hard when they can’t air properly. This can happen, for example, when you leave the dry laundry in the dryer for too long or leave it hanging on a cramped drying rack for too long. Instead, it’s much better to loosely roll them up when they’re dry. This will cause them to stay soft. It also saves you a lot of space, because a couple of rolled up towels take up much less space than a stack of folded ones. Another benefit: it looks pretty fancy, as if you’re in a hotel or spa!
