Troubled by ants in your garden or even in your home? These tricks work!

With these natural and cheap tips, ants in your home are a thing of the past!

In the summer we of course love to sit outside. But in addition to a lot of fun, summer always means a wave of pests and that always makes us a little less happy. Ants in particular can throw quite a spanner in the works.

Ants in your kitchen

You’ll just see: You walk into your kitchen in the morning and the first thing you see is a procession of ants or other pests swarming through your house. Although they are only small bugs, it is still very unsanitary and they are everywhere in no time. You can choose to use all kinds of pesticides, but all those chemicals in your kitchen don’t make you very happy either. Especially if you also have pets sniffing around everywhere. Fortunately, this is not necessary at all!

Trash

There are a lot of natural remedies that will help you fight ants. And hey, chances are they’re already in your kitchen cabinet. Before we get started, it’s wise that you look at your trash can first. This is often where they smell first. It helps to regularly put some baking soda in the trash. By the way, don’t forget to take these out. If you want to have a solution that you can “forget” after one time, then it is best to use a cotton ball. Dip a cotton ball in a etheric oil and then deposit it at the bottom of the trash can before putting in a trash bag.

Are the ants already running around the house? If so, we have some great tips on the next page!
