Turn Two Wire Shelves Into a Towel Caddy
Rolled towels look great in a bathroom, but finding somewhere to keep them can be surprisingly difficult. A regular cabinet takes up valuable space, while leaving towels on a counter can make the room feel cluttered. One simple solution starts with two inexpensive white wire shelves.
Flip one shelf upside down and place the second one over it, overlapping the two pieces by roughly a third. Secure them tightly together with zip ties so they form one sturdy structure. The rubber tips can be removed, and the arms of the shelves can be bent to create the shape you need. Once everything is positioned properly, give the finished organizer a coat of spray paint to make the pieces look more cohesive.
Mounted against the wall, the result becomes a compact caddy for rolled-up towels and washcloths. Instead of letting towels consume an entire shelf or cabinet, you're taking advantage of vertical wall space that might otherwise go unused. It's a surprisingly simple transformation from two ordinary shelves into something that looks much more purpose-built.
