After the surgery, the boys both kept exercising together. “Surgery is not a cure-all. It is just a tool to help,” Dillon said about the gastric bypass. Before the operation, Dillon weighed 181 kg and now he weighs 102 kg, which means he’s already lost 79 kg. Cory weighed 184 kg before and now weighs 108 kg, so he’s lost 76 kg. The twin brothers are very proud of what they’ve achieved, but they both want to keep going on the weight loss journey. They would both like to get to 90 kg and start working on building their muscles afterwards. “I don’t want to be as big as I used to be,” Cory said. “I like buying smaller clothes.”
