6 tips on how to prevent and get rid of sweaty feet

There are a few things you can do to get rid of your sweaty feet. We’ve got two great methods that will help you get fresh feet again!

5. Listerine foot bath

You’ll need:

  • Listerine
  • Vinegar
  • Water

Instructions

Take a cup of Listerine, a cup of vinegar and a cup of warm water and mix these together in a tub. Put your feet in the tub and let them soak in it for 15 minutes. The Listerine will kill all of the bacteria on your feet which will make them smell a lot fresher. The vinegar also works as a bacteria killer: bacteria don’t like the acidity of the vinegar. Added bonus: the ingredients in this foot bath will cause the pores on your feet to become smaller, which means they won’t start sweating as easily. You’ll also get nice and soft feet because the dead skin cells on your feet will be removed.

6. Black tea foot bath

You’ll need:

  • 2 tea bags (black tea)
  • 1 litre of water
  • a pot
  • a tub
  • soap
  • towel

Instructions

Put a litre of water in a big pot and add the tea bags. Bring the water up to a boil and let it boil for 10 minutes. Take it off the stove and let it cool for 15 minutes. Wash your feet with soap and water and dry them properly with a clean towel. Take the tea bags out of the water and pour the water into a tub. Soak your feet in this foot bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Take them out again and dry them with a dry and clean towel. Repeat this process twice a day and you’ll notice your sweaty feet will be a thing of the past!
