Feeling bloated is so annoying. You’re constantly conscious of your hard, inflated stomach and you can’t sit comfortably at all. Luckily, there’s a very easy way to get rid of this terrible feeling within 30 seconds. The solution is much simpler than you might have thought. All you have to do is jump! Of course, moving around is the last thing you feel like doing, but it’s better to follow this tip if you want to feel comfortable again.
Make sure you move around a lot for a short period of time. For example, jump up and down for 30 seconds. While you’re jumping, your heart rate will rise. When you stop after those 30 seconds, it’s important to take calmly take some deep breaths, which will make your heart rate slow down again. The reason why you’re feeling bloated when you’ve eaten too much is that you spent quite some time just sitting down without moving. This causes your heart rate to be low, and it’s important to get it back up. As soon as you start to move, you’ll start to feel better. Your body will use all the food you’ve just consumed as fuel for the moving around you’re doing. The feeling will be gone completely after a few seconds!
