What you need
You don’t have to buy a large assortment of foot care products. You probably already have what you need at home! Take a look in your kitchen and refrigerator and bring out the following: a liter of milk and baking soda. Yes, that’s all!
This is what you do
Warm up the milk a little, but also make sure that it does not get too hot. The milk should be at a comfortable temperature for your feet. Put the warm milk in a large container and let your feet soak for a quarter of an hour. The acid in the milk makes it easier for the dead skin cells that cause calluses to come off.
After soaking your feet in the milk, the skin on your feet will be soft. Now, with your feet still damp, take some soda and massage your feet with it. In this way you “scrub” your feet, as it were. After exfoliating the skin, let the soda sit for another ten minutes. Then you can rinse and dry your feet. Do this about twice a week and you will have wonderfully soft feet.
