For many recipes, onion and garlic are required seasonings. But sometimes, it’s a hassle to peel both ingredients first. Fortunately, there is a handy trick for garlic, but what about onion? Luckily, there is also a handy trick for that.
Most cut only the ends of an onion and then try to peel the skin off. That is not always convenient. Sometimes the skin breaks off again and you have to find a new beginning. How nice would it be to pull the skin off in one smooth motion? That would really save you some time in the kitchen. Fortunately, you can. All you have to do is cut your onion in half.
