Do you want to get rid of your cellulite? These tips might help you out

Cellulite is something a lot of women struggle with

The ads in magazines and on TV might suggest otherwise, but most women have cellulite, striae or other skin conditions like scars or acne. In fact, an estimated 85 per cent of women have cellulite. Even supermodels, top athletes and other celebrities have it. For a lot of women, it’s a cause for insecurity: they don’t like to walk around in their bikini on the beach because of it. Luckily, there might be something you can do about it.

Of course, cellulite is nothing to be ashamed of, but if you want to do something about it, you might benefit from these tips.

Cellulite

So, what is cellulite exactly? It’s an irregularity of the skin that makes it look dimpled and lumpy. It usually affects your thighs and buttocks but it can also show up in other places. It’s a result of fat cells pushing through the connective tissue beneath the skin. A lot of people connect cellulite to obesity, but this is a wrong assumption: the two have nothing to do with one another. Thick or thin; everyone deals with this skin condition to a greater or lesser extent.

Luckily, there might be something you can do about it. Read about it on the next page!
