This Woman Started Wrapping Her Waist With Cling Film – Here’s What Happened

Recognizing the need for a drastic change but feeling too self-conscious to join a gym, Adele took a bold step. Adele spent £450 on a treadmill, a substantial investment that marked the beginning of her commitment to shedding the excess weight. Positioned in her living room, it allowed her to exercise in privacy, away from the daunting atmosphere of a gym.

It was during one of these sessions, with the TV on for distraction, that she saw a reality show featuring wealthy women indulging in expensive “inch-loss wraps” at beauty salons. Intrigued by the concept but put off by the cost, Adele had an epiphany. Why not recreate this luxurious treatment at home using something as simple and affordable as cling film?

Armed with determination and a roll of cling film she bulk-bought from the supermarket, Adele embarked on her DIY slimming journey. Her target area was her belly, affectionately and jokingly referred to by her son as a “jelly baby belly” due to its flabbiness. Adele began wrapping her midsection in at least 10 layers of cling film before hopping on the treadmill for her daily workouts. The aim was to enhance sweating in this area, hopeful for it to aid in her overall weight loss plan.

But did this really help her lose weight, or was it just another weight loss gimmick that didn’t work?
