Fisherman Thought He Caught An Orange Shark — Expert Turns Pale When He Notices This

While the officers secured the poachers in handcuffs, a Coast Guard lieutenant stepped onto Mike's boat to check on them. "You two took a massive risk," the lieutenant said grimly. Robert caught his breath and explained, "I called your sector station before we left the dock tonight to report the tracker coordinates, but I thought you couldn't make it in time."

The officer nodded. "We were delayed responding to an emergency distress call further north, but as soon as we were cleared, we ran full throttle to your coordinates. You got extremely lucky."

Robert pointed down into the clear water where the orange sturgeon was slowly regaining its muscle function. "The fish is still down there on the ledge, but it's tagged with a poacher tracker. We need your dive team's heavy hydraulic shears to finish the job before it swims away."
