Inspired by Joe’s recovery and the realisation of the potential for change, Sophia decided to take her commitment to a broader level. She embarked on organising a campaign designed to educate the public about the bystander effect and to encourage proactive involvement in emergencies.
Drawing on her experiences and the powerful story of Joe’s ordeal, she collaborated with local organisations, schools, and community groups. Her campaign aimed to highlight the impact that one person’s intervention could have and to foster a culture where helping others became an instinctive response rather than an afterthought.
