This amazingly effective sleeping powder consists only of salt and sugar, but despite its simple composition it has fantastic results. Both ingredients help regulate stress hormones and serve as cell chargers. In addition, they help regulate your body’s energy as well as your breathing. Sugar also sends a signal to your body to stop forming any more stress hormones, while salt monitors your adrenalin levels. With these ingredients, you can make your own sleeping powder:

  • 2 teaspoons of pure pink Himalayan sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons of organic brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of honey
