Perception about the getting older
Molly is aware that she is getting older, but that does not mean that she can no longer enjoy her life, she says. She therefore thinks it is a shame that society does reflect that idea to you. “When you watch commercials, it’s always about young people. The only moments you see older people is in commercials about incontinence or the latest type of walking stick. I have now taken the initiative to step out of my comfort zone and undergo a makeover. It’s all for me. I am responsible for my own happiness.”
