To eliminate the guesswork of maintaining pristine water, she shared her favorite stress-free chemical routine. Instead of relying solely on confusing test strips, she takes a water sample to her local hot tub store, where they test it for free. Back at home, she skims the surface with a net and adds her chemicals one at a time, waiting fifteen minutes between each while running the bubble feature to mix everything thoroughly.
She also tackled the common problem of rainwater pooling on top of standard tub covers. To solve this, she purchased an inflatable baffle to place underneath her main zipped cover. She explained that its rounded shape naturally forces rainwater to roll off the sides while providing excellent extra insulation to keep her water warm.
