Much to our disappointment, Margot Robbie herself is not active on Instagram, but Barbie wouldn’t be Barbie if she didn’t have a huge fan base. So big, in fact, that there is a fan page of Margot with several million followers. On it, of course, we see one picture after another of the actress appearing: mostly recent photos on the pink carpet, next to Ken (Ryan Gosling), or at some Hollywood event, but also some snapshots from the old box.

Like this one, which we estimate was made in her teens. And indeed, you can see it right: Margot is not naturally blonde. Fair is fair: we would have so believed that Margot was a natural blonde. After all, there is not a trace of outgrowth to be seen.

Even further back in time, we come across a much too cute snapshot of a very young Margot.

With the fashionable dress, the pink details and the bow in her hair, we know for sure: Margot had the Barbie energy in her even then. As if she knew the iconic role would go to her some thirty years later…..

For ladies who have already seen the film, only one question remains: will there be a second part? And although director Greta Gerwig didn’t seem too keen on it yet, Margot revealed in an interview with Time that there have indeed been talks about a sequel. And with such a huge success on a first part, we can assume that it won’t stop here, right?
